Top-level maps of Moon

Spatial Aspect project includes following top-level maps for Moon:

Moon Nomenclature

The map uses Digital Elevation Model (DEM) on its background. The DEM derived from data of Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter (LOLA) instrument of Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) mission and has resolution 1/256°.

Moon North Pole Nomenclature

The map uses DEM on its background, composed from data of LOLA instrument with variable resolution from 100m to 5m.

Moon South Pole Nomenclature

The map uses DEM on its background, composed from data of LOLA instrument with variable resolution from 100m to 5m.

Moon featured Albedo

The map uses albedo datum on its background. The albedo datum derived from data of Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter (LOLA) instrument of Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) mission and has resolution 1/10°.

Moon North Pole featured Albedo

The map uses albedo datum on its background, derived from data of LOLA instrument with resolution 1000m.

Moon South Pole featured Albedo

The map uses albedo datum on its background, derived from data of LOLA instrument with resolution 1000m.
